KKP Posko 08 Village of Libureng Holds Seminar on Results, Discussing Achievements and Sustainability of Programs

BARRU — Following the implementation of various community service programs, students from the Muhammadiyah University (Unismuh) Makassar's Faculty of Agriculture (KKP Posko 08 Libureng Village) held a Seminar on Program Outcomes on Wednesday, September 30, 2026.

The event, which took place in the Aula of the Libureng Village Office, Tanete Riaja Subdistrict, Barru Regency, was one of the final stages of the KKP program and provided a platform for students to present various programs, achievements, and experiences during their service in Libureng Village.

During the seminar, the KKP Posko 08 students presented a series of programs that they had implemented in collaboration with the Village Government and the community. These programs covered various fields, including religious, environmental, community empowerment, and village administration and information services.

The presentations not only included reports on the activities that had been carried out, but also explained the implementation process, community involvement, achievements, and the expected benefits of each program.

Through this seminar, students and the Village Government also had the opportunity to jointly evaluate the programs that had been implemented. This evaluation was an important part of assessing the extent to which the activities could meet the needs of the community and the opportunities for their sustainability after the students completed their KKP period.

The event was attended by representatives of the Libureng Village Government, KKP Posko 08 students, and community members. The presence of these various parties was a form of support and appreciation for the students' service in Libureng Village.

For the students, the seminar was not only a requirement in the academic context of the KKP program, but also a moment to reflect on the experiences they had gained while interacting and working with the community.

During the KKP period, the students not only implemented the programs that had been designed, but also learned to understand the conditions, potential, and needs of the community directly. These experiences were an important part of developing the students' ability to communicate, collaborate, develop programs, and find solutions to various problems encountered in the field.

On this occasion, the KKP Posko 08 students also expressed their appreciation and gratitude to the Village Government and the entire community of Libureng Village for their support and involvement during the program implementation.

“We would like to thank the Village Government and the entire community of Libureng Village for their support and involvement in our programs. The various activities that have been carried out have been a very meaningful experience and learning for us during our KKP,” said the Coordinator of KKP Posko 08.

The Seminar on Program Outcomes also served as a reflection moment for the students before ending their service in Libureng Village. The various programs that had been implemented were expected to continue to be utilized and developed by the community in collaboration with the Village Government after the students left the KKP location.

Through this activity, the KKP Posko 08 students hoped that all the programs implemented would provide real benefits to the community and contribute to the empowerment and development of the community at the village level, in line with the Faculty of Agriculture of Unismuh Makassar.

The seminar served as a marker that the KKP journey was not just about completing programs, but also about leaving experiences, knowledge, and works that could continue to benefit the community.
